The meetings are followed by lunch, and then an outing or an activity. Our recent outing was an inspection tour of the Westmead Children's Hospital. We saw that the new hospital is a huge complex, and got a good idea of the extent of care and research being offered there.
Our main aim is to raise money for charities, and we do that by holding street stalls at the Burwood Church several times a year.
